Refund and Returns Policy

www.roofwindows.com will accept returns under the following conditions :

Velux Products
• The return is within 14 days of delivery from the date of delivery
• The goods are unopened in their original condition
• There is a restocking fee of $80 per order
• wrong windows are shipped from the warehouse .


Refund on velux only  less $80 restocking fee 
(items must be shipped back to velux at customers expense .so please check before placing order) .
